Cambo First Solution 现招聘销售主管（Country Sale Lead），工作地点位于金边，主要负责可持续农业产品及作物保护方案的推广工作。
岗位职责包括负责关键客户管理、业务拓展及市场开发，需深入理解农业产品、相关服务及市场动态。候选人需具备独立工作能力，并能与跨职能团队协作，通过良好的沟通、谈判及关系建立能力推动业务增长。
应聘者需具备本科及以上学历，专业要求为商业管理或相关领域。同时，要求具备销售、业务拓展或关键客户管理经验，有农业领域相关工作背景者优先。
工作时间为周一至周五，每天 8:00 至 17:00。薪资待遇根据个人经验面议。

- Industry: Sustainable agriculture products and crop protection solutions.
- Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
💵 Salary Range: Negotiate based on Experience.
💭 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the agriculture
sector.
• Strong understanding of agricultural products, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
