The graduation ceremony for Cohort 2 of the Cambodian Certified Directors Course was held at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh on August 28, bringing together senior executives, business leaders and representatives from Cambodia’s securities sector. The event also included the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and the International Business Chamber of Cambodia (IBC).
