岗位职责包括：制定并实施年度培训与发展战略、计划及预算，确保其与业务目标保持一致；与各部门负责人及管理层合作，开展培训需求分析，识别能力与绩效差距；设计并协调涵盖软技能、领导力、客户服务、销售、沟通及管理等领域的培训项目；管理内部及外部培训供应商，并评估培训效果；通过学习与发展策略，提升员工能力、绩效、参与度及职业成长。该岗位支持IT服务业务领域内销售、客户服务、运营、项目管理及领导力等方面的员工发展。
工作时间为周一至周五，每天工作8小时。

Job Summary
The Training & Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing learning and development strategies to improve employee capabilities, performance, engagement, and career growth across the organization.
The role will work closely with department heads and management to identify training needs, develop learning programs, manage internal and external training providers, and evaluate training effectiveness. The position will support employee development across areas such as sales, customer service, operations, project management, leadership, and professional skills within the IT Services business.
Main Responsibilities:
