航空货运主管（Cargo Sale Supervisor）
薪资范围：800-1200美元/月。
岗位要求：物流、供应链或相关专业学士学位；具备5-7年航空货运业经验，其中至少3年管理经验；熟悉航空货运基础知识，了解柬埔寨经济、文化及历史；具备会计、法律及合规基础知识，能配合区域经理与后台部门对接；熟练使用办公软件及物流系统；英语听说读写流利，懂中文者优先。
室内设计经理（Interior Design Manager）
薪资：1500美元/月。
岗位要求：室内设计、建筑或相关专业学士学位；具备至少7年室内设计经验，其中3-4年管理经验；精通AutoCAD、SketchUp、D5 Render、V-ray及Enscape等设计软件；拥有高端住宅装饰及风格设计成功案例；具备领导力、沟通、谈判及解决问题的能力。
机电工程造价师（Senior QS MEP）
薪资范围：600-1000美元/月。
岗位要求：工程造价、机械工程、电气工程、施工管理或相关专业学士学位；具备2-5年机电（MEP）造价经验；熟悉商业、住宅、工业或综合体项目；熟悉机电系统、施工方法及合同管理；具备机电系统及施工实践知识；熟练使用AutoCAD、Revit、PlanSwift、CostX、Bluebeam等造价软件；具备工程量清单计算及成本估算能力。有承包商或咨询公司工作经验者优先。

📩We are looking for qualified candidates for positions below:
🏷Cargo Sale Supervisor
Budget range : $800-$1200 , Aviation/ Cargo by Air industry
- Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Understanding on economy, culture, history, people in Cambodia
• Basic view on Air Cargo
• Basic understanding on matters relating to Accounting, Legal, Compliance, … in order to coordinate with Regional manager in working with Back office.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
• Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience working in the Air Cargo Industry, including at least 3 years in a supervision position.
🏷Interior Design Manager
Budget range : 1500$ , Design and Build industry
- Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial or supervisory level
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, Sketchup V-ray Render, Enscape
• A strong, proven portfolio showcasing successfully completed residential with a heavy focus on high-end decor and styling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities
🏷 Senior QS MEP
Budget range : 600$-1000$ , Construction service industry
- Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
• Familiarity with MEP systems, construction methods, and contract administration.
• Experience working with contractors or consultancy firms is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, PlanSwift, CostX, Bluebeam, or similar QS software.
• Excellent quantity take-off and cost estimation skills
