**Information minister warns: Narratives cannot determine border claims**
Minister of Information Neth Pheaktra has repeated that competing accounts of the Cambodia–Thailand border dispute should be tested against evidence and international law. He argued that neither publicity nor military positions could determine legitimate sovereignty.
