2026年9月21日上午，柬埔寨副总理兼外交与国际合作部部长布拉索昆代表柬埔寨王国政府，率领外交部代表团出席在金边国会大厦举行的第七届国会第六次会议。

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ជាតំណាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួង ចូលរួមការពារសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ចំនួន ២ ក្នុងសម័យប្រជុំរដ្ឋសភាលើកទី៦ នីតិកាលទី៧ នៅវិមានរដ្ឋសភា រួមមាន៖
១. សេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីការអនុម័តយល់ព្រមលើពិធីសារសេប៊ូធ្វើវិសោធនកម្មធម្មនុញ្ញនៃសមាគមប្រជាជាតិអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និង
២. សេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីការអនុម័តយល់ព្រមលើអនុសញ្ញាស្តីពីបុព្វសិទ្ធិ និងអភ័យឯកសិទ្ធិនៃលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន បុគ្គលិក និងតំណាងរបស់សមាជិកនៃសន្និសីទអន្តរសកម្មភាព និងវិធានការកសាងទំនុកចិត្តនៅអាស៊ី (ស៊ីកា)។
On the morning of 21 September 2026,** His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn**, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, representing the Royal Government of Cambodia, led a delegation of the Ministry to present two draft laws during the 6th Session of the National Assembly of the 7th Legislature at the National Assembly, namely:
1. **Draft law on the Ratification of the Cebu Protocol to amend the Charter of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations; and**
2. **Draft Law on the Ratification of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Secretariat, Staff and Representatives of Member States of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA).**
