岗位薪资根据语言能力及岗位等级设定：
中英翻译岗位薪资为3000美元至6000美元，具体薪资取决于语言水平及流利程度。
客服岗位分为三个等级：
Line 1：底薪900美元加200美元绩效；
Line 2：底薪1100美元加200美元绩效；
Line 3：底薪1300美元加200美元绩效。
其中Line 1岗位主要招聘菲律宾籍员工，要求英语流利且具备良好的美式口音。
