Aplus Group现正招聘资深业务拓展（Senior Business Development），工作地点位于金边，月薪为600至800美元。
岗位职责包括：开发潜在客户，建立并维护客户关系，跟进项目及投标进度，准备投标方案，代表公司出席各类活动，以及完成既定的业务目标。
应聘者需满足以下条件：持有商业、市场营销、工程、建筑或房地产相关专业的本科及以上学历；具备2至5年业务拓展、销售或市场营销工作经验，有建筑或房地产行业背景者优先；具备良好的沟通、社交、谈判能力及商业意识；拥有项目开发与获取的成功经验；熟练使用办公软件及客户关系管理系统（CRM），并熟悉投标及方案准备流程。
工作时间为周一至周六，上午8点至12点，下午1点至5点半。

**Working Condition:**
• Monday to Saturday (morning).
• 8am – 12pm and 1pm to 5.30pm
