马来西亚吉隆坡呼叫中心现正招聘客服人员，岗位性质为全职。
应聘要求：申请人需为菲律宾籍，年龄在40岁以下，具备优秀的英语沟通能力，优先考虑具有美式英语口音者。
薪资待遇：底薪为1000美元加200美元，另设3%至8%的绩效提成。高绩效员工薪资可达1500美元加提成，英语流利者最低薪资可达3000美元。
福利保障：公司提供免费住宿、工作签证及就业卡。合同期限为一年，每月享有4天休息日，休息期间允许外出。
针对不同地区申请人的政策：已在马来西亚境内的申请人可获得优先录用及入职奖金；身处马来西亚境外的申请人，入职后可按公司政策报销机票；从菲律宾出发的申请人，公司将为具备BPO经验者提供出入境协助与指导。
