[English Below] ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហួត ហាក់៖ ការបរិច្ចាគឈាម មិនត្រឹមតែជាការចែករំលែកតំណក់ឈាមប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាការចែករំលែកក្តីស្រឡាញ់ ក្តីសង្ឃឹម និងជីវិតទៅកាន់អ្នកដែលកំពុងត្រូវការជំនួយ ពោលគឺមហាគ្រួសារវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ តែងតែរួមគ្នាធ្វើអំពើល្អ និងបន្តផ្សព្វផ្សាយស្មារតីមនុស្សធម៌ក្នុងសង្គមកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងលោកជំទាវ អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកកម្មវិធីបរិច្ចាគឈាមរបស់ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ចូលរួមបរិច្ចាគឈាមជាមួយមហាគ្រួសារវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងរដូវកាលបៃតង» ដែលរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមកិច្ចសហការរវាងក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិផ្តល់ឈាម ដើម្បីចូលរួមអបអរសាទរខួបទី១៦៣ ទិវាពិភពលោកកាកបាទក្រហម និងអឌ្ឍចន្ទក្រហម ៨ ឧសភា ២០២៦ និងខួបលើកទី៧១ ឆ្នាំកាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជា ក្រោមមូលបទ «បន្តរួមកម្លាំងគ្នា ដើម្បីមនុស្សធម៌»។ កម្មវិធីនេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមបរិយាកាសរីករាយ ស្និទ្ធស្នាល សាមគ្គីភាព និងភាតរភាព ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង មន្រ្តីរាជការ មន្ត្រីកិច្ចសន្យានៃក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ព្រមទាំងក្រុមគ្រូពេទ្យ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញមកពីមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិផ្តល់ឈាម សរុបចំនួន ៣១០រូប។ ថ្លែងក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានលើកឡើងថា ការបរិច្ចាគឈាម គឺជាសកម្មភាពមនុស្សធម៌ដ៏ថ្លៃថ្លា ដែលបានបង្ហាញពីស្មារតីចែករំលែក ក្តីស្រឡាញ់ និងការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ចំពោះសង្គម ជាពិសេសការចូលរួមជួយសង្គ្រោះអាយុជីវិតអ្នកជំងឺដែលកំពុងត្រូវការឈាមជាបន្ទាន់។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបន្តថា វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ មិនត្រឹមតែដើរតួនាទីជាកម្លាំងជំរុញសេដ្ឋកិច្ចប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជាវិស័យដែលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងកិច្ចការសង្គម និងមនុស្សធម៌ ស្របតាមទិសស្លោករបស់សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភានៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា «ទេសចរណ៍ដើម្បីទាំងអស់គ្នា, ទាំងអស់គ្នាដើម្បីទេសចរណ៍»។ ពិសេសជាងនេះ កម្មវិធីបរិច្ចាគឈាម ក៏បានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាព ភាតរភាព និងការចូលរួមរបស់មហាគ្រួសារវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ ក្នុងការរួមចំណែកជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងកាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការងារមនុស្សធម៌ និងបន្តផ្សព្វផ្សាយសារនៃក្តីស្រឡាញ់ ការចែករំលែក និងសន្តិភាពក្នុងសង្គមកម្ពុជាផងដែរ៕ ទីស្តីការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍៖ ព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ H.E. Minister HUOT Hak: Blood donation is not merely the sharing of blood — it is the sharing of love, hope, and life with those in need. The tourism family continues to unite in doing good deeds and promoting the spirit of humanitarianism in Cambodian society. H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, and Lok Chumteav presided over the opening ceremony of the Ministry of Tourism’s blood donation campaign under the theme: “Donate Blood with the Tourism Family During the Green Season.” The event was organized through collaboration between the Ministry of Tourism and the National Blood Transfusion Center to celebrate the 163rd World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day on 8 May 2026 and the 71st anniversary of the Cambodian Red Cross, under the theme: “Together for Humanity.” The program was held in a joyful, warm, and united atmosphere, with the participation of Excellencies, senior ministry leaders, civil servants, contract staff of the Ministry of Tourism, as well as medical professionals and technical officers from the National Blood Transfusion Center, totaling 310 participants. Speaking on the occasion, H.E. the Minister emphasized that blood donation is a noble humanitarian act that reflects the spirit of sharing, compassion, and care for society — especially in helping save the lives of patients in urgent need of blood. His Excellency the Minister further stated that the tourism sector not only serves as a driving force for economic growth, but also actively contributes to social and humanitarian causes, in line with the slogan of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia: “Tourism for All, All for Tourism.” Moreover, the blood donation campaign reflected the spirit of solidarity and fraternity within Cambodia’s tourism family in contributing alongside the Royal Government and the Cambodian Red Cross to promote humanitarian efforts and continue spreading messages of love, sharing, and peace throughout Cambodian society.
