On 15 May 2026, Her Excellency Chring Botum Rangsay, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended the Exhibition and Test Drive of Russian Commercial Vehicles “GAZ Business Solution” at the Residence Hotel Sokha Phnom Penh. The event was presided over by His Excellency Dr. HING Thoraxy, Permanent Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the participation of approximately 100 representatives from relevant ministries and institutions, as well as members of the Cambodia–Russia Chamber of Commerce.
The exhibition reflected the growing momentum of Cambodia–Russia cooperation in transportation, logistics, investment, and human resource development, as the two countries commemorate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. The initiative also underscored continued efforts under Cambodia’s economic diplomacy framework to facilitate business partnerships and expand opportunities for trade and investment cooperation between the two countries.
