**A Cambodian Teen Takes the Diplomatic Stage for a Day as German Ambassador
PHNOM PENH – Norakvattey, a 19-year-old law student, had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in diplomatic discussions during her Girl Takeover Day as the German Ambassador to Cambodia.
She is currently a third-year student in the English Language-Based Bachelor of Laws program at the Royal University of Law and Economics.
Under the guidance of Stefan Messerer, the current German Ambassador, Norakvattey successfully completed a full day of diplomatic duties. He praised her as a representative of ambitious and empowered young Cambodian people.
