**Qualifications & Experience**
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Cosmetics, or a related field preferred.

• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
