柬埔寨外交部会见日本驻柬使馆离任代办

នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង **លោកជំទាវ អ៊ាត សោភា** រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការនៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ (កបទ.សអ) បានទទួលជំនួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងជម្រាបលាពីសំណាក់**លោក NAGASE Kensuke** ភារធារីស្ដីទីនៃស្ថានទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ដែលបានបញ្ចប់បេសកកម្មការទូតនៅកម្ពុជា។   **លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ** បានកោតសរសើរលោកភារធារីស្តីទី ចំពោះការរួមចំណែកដ៏សំខាន់ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជិតស្និទ្ធ ក្នុងការជំរុញភាពជាដៃគូយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយកម្ពុជា-ជប៉ុន។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះ **លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ** បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះរដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុន ដែលបានដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងដំណើរការសន្តិភាពរបស់កម្ពុជានៅអំឡុងទសវត្សឆ្នាំ១៩៩០ និងការរួមចំណែកយូរអង្វែងដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់កម្ពុជា។ ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានសម្តែងការពេញចិត្តចំពោះវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគីលើវិស័យជាច្រើន រួមមាន ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម វិនិយោគ សន្តិសុខ វប្បធម៌ អប់រំ និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូររវាងប្រជាជន និងប្រជាជន។   **លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ **ក៏បានជម្រាបជូន**លោក NAGASE **អំពីបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនៃស្ថានការណ៍ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ហើយបានបញ្ជាក់សាជាថ្មីអំពីការប្តេជ្ញារបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាដោយសន្តិវិធីស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទ្វេភាគីដែលមានស្រាប់។   On the afternoon of 24 August 2026, Her Excellency EAT Sophea, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFA.IC), received a farewell call from Mr. NAGASE Kensuke, Charge d’Affaires ad interim of the Embassy of Japan, at the Ministry, upon the completion of his diplomatic mission in Cambodia.   Her Excellency the Permanent Secretary of State commended the Chargé d’Affaires for his significant contribution to and close cooperation in fostering the Cambodia-Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. Taking this opportunity, Her Excellency the Permanent Secretary of State expressed deep appreciation to the Government of Japan for its crucial role in Cambodia’s peace process during the early 1990s and its enduring contribution to the Kingdom’s socio-economic development. Both sides also expressed satisfaction with the advancement of the bilateral cooperation across various sectors, including trade, investment, security, culture, education, and people-to-people exchanges.   Her Excellency the Permanent Secretary of State also briefed Mr. NAGASE on the latest developments concerning the Cambodia-Thailand border situation and reiterated Cambodia’s commitment to the peaceful resolution of the dispute in accordance with international law and existing bilateral agreements.
