岗位职责包括：负责商户与品牌的合作条款、佣金、补贴及活动资源谈判；与运营、市场、产品及客服部门进行跨职能协作，推动项目执行与业务增长；基于对柬埔寨市场、本地消费行为及品牌趋势的理解，开发并管理商户；分析外卖市场及竞争对手动态，为业务拓展与增长策略提供支持。

工作时间为周一至周五，每日上午8:00至下午6:00。

📣 WOWNOW is urgently hiring for the following positions:

1、Lead merchant and brand negotiations on cooperation terms, commissions, subsidies, and campaign resources.
2、Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service to drive project execution and business growth.
3、Develop and manage merchants based on a strong understanding of the Cambodia market, local consumer behavior, and brand trends.
4、Analyze the food delivery market and competitors to support BD expansion and growth strategies.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
1、Good English communication skills
Working Conditions:
Monday - Friday (8:00am - 6:00pm)
