金边某零售企业现急招数字营销经理一名，月薪范围为1400至1500美元。工作地点位于金边万景岗区（BKK），工作时间为周一至周五，每日上午8点至下午5点。
岗位职责包括负责数字营销项目的整体规划与执行，通过数据分析优化营销策略，并带领团队完成各项推广目标。
应聘者需满足以下条件：
1. 学历要求：持有市场营销、商业、传播学或相关专业的本科及以上学历。
2. 工作经验：具备3至5年以上的营销工作经验，拥有零售、快消品（FMCG）、饮料或酒店行业背景者优先。
3. 管理能力：至少具备2年以上的团队领导经验。
4. 专业技能：熟练掌握Meta Business Suite、Google Analytics、Canva、Adobe Creative Suite及Microsoft Office办公软件。
5. 综合素质：具备出色的项目管理能力、沟通能力及数据分析能力。
