ASEAN-Works现正招聘建筑经理，工作地点位于金边桑园区百适河分区。该岗位为全职性质，薪资面议。
岗位职责包括：负责大型酒店及办公楼项目的现场协调与管理，处理施工阶段的现场问题及信息查询（RFI）；确保项目符合国际及中国建筑标准（GB标准）；负责设计风险的识别与管控；承担技术档案的编制与审核工作；直接向项目总监或副总监汇报。
应聘要求：需具备大型项目开发经验，精通机电（MEP）协调工作；要求英语与中文流利，具备双语技术文档翻译及沟通能力，能够进行中英双语的技术对齐。
