中柬商务领袖峰会在金边举行 探讨跨境贸易新机遇

(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសណ្ឋាគារសូហ្វីតែល ភ្នំពេញ ភូគីត្រា ឯកឧត្តម លីម ឡោកពិសិដ្ឋ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាគន្លឹះ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «មហាសមុទ្រខៀវថ្មីនៃពាណិជ្ជកម្មឆ្លងដែនរវាងចិន-កម្ពុជា» ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំធុរកិច្ចចិន-អាស៊ាន ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយសមាគមសហព័ន្ធជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគជាតិកម្ពុជា (CamTIPA)។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគរវាងកម្ពុជា-ចិន និងអាស៊ាន ព្រមទាំងបង្កើតឱកាសថ្មីៗសម្រាប់វិស័យឯកជន ក្នុងការពង្រីកទីផ្សារ ការវិនិយោគ និងការតភ្ជាប់ខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃឆ្លងដែន។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានបង្ហាញពីវិស័យសក្តានុពលសំខាន់ៗ ដែលកម្ពុជាបាន និងកំពុងផ្តោតការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ ដើម្បីជំរុញការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពប្រកួតប្រជែង រួមមាន៖ ១. ផលិតកម្មទំនើប និងឧស្សាហកម្មបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ដោយផ្តោតលើវិស័យអេឡិចត្រូនិក គ្រឿងបន្លាស់យានយន្ត ផលិតផលប្លាស្ទិក និងវិស្វកម្មប្រកបដោយភាពត្រឹមត្រូវនិងជាក់លាក់, ២. កសិ-ឧស្សាហកម្ម និងការកែច្នៃកសិផល ដោយផ្តោតលើការកែច្នៃ វេចខ្ចប់ ការស្តុកទុក និងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រព័ន្ធខ្សែច្រវាក់ត្រជាក់ ដើម្បីបង្កើនតម្លៃបន្ថែមនៃផលិតផលកសិកម្ម និងពង្រីកសមត្ថភាពនាំចេញ, និង៣. សេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថលឆ្លងព្រំដែន និងភស្តុភារ ដោយផ្តោតលើពាណិជ្ជកម្មអេឡិចត្រូនិក ការទូទាត់ឆ្លងព្រំដែន បច្ចេកវិទ្យាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលភស្តុភារ ដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់លំហូរទំនិញ និងសេវាកម្មឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងគម្រោងពាណិជ្ជកម្មឆ្លងព្រំដែន រវាងក្រុមហ៊ុនកម្ពុជា និងដៃគូអាជីវកម្មអន្តរជាតិ ដែលបង្ហាញពីសន្ទុះថ្មីនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម វិនិយោគ ឌីជីថល និងភស្តុភារ។ ក្នុងចំណោមដៃគូដែលមានវត្តមានក្នុងកម្មវិធី រួមមាន Cambodia Securities Exchange partners, ZTO Express, Bank of China និងដៃគូអាជីវកម្មពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងទៀត។ --- (Phnom Penh): On the morning of Tuesday, 1st September 2026, at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, His Excellency LIM Lork Piseth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, delivered a keynote address under the theme “A New Blue Ocean of Cross-Border Trade between China and Cambodia” at the China-ASEAN Entrepreneurs Summit, organized by the Cambodian National Federation of Trade and Investment Promotion Associations (CamTIPA). The summit was organized with the objective of promoting trade and investment cooperation between Cambodia, China, and ASEAN, while creating new opportunities for the private sector to expand markets, investment, and cross-border value-chain connectivity. On this occasion, His Excellency Secretary of State highlighted key potential sectors that Cambodia has been and continues to prioritize in order to promote economic diversification and strengthen competitiveness, including: 1. Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Industries, with a focus on electronics, automotive components, plastic products, and precision engineering; 2. Agro-Industry and Agro-Processing, with a focus on processing, packaging, storage, and the development of cold-chain systems to increase the added value of agricultural products and expand export capacity; and 3. Cross-Border Digital Economy and Logistics, with a focus on e-commerce, cross-border payments, financial technology, and the development of logistics hubs to facilitate the movement of goods and services more efficiently. In addition, His Excellency Secretary of State presided over the signing ceremony of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements related to cross-border trade projects between Cambodian companies and international business partners. These agreements demonstrated new momentum in cooperation across trade, investment, digital economy, and logistics sectors.
