Governor calls for AOT to investigate Thais who aimed weapons Oddar Meanchey governor Mean Chanyada briefed the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) on armed Thais who were seen aiming weapons from inside a building at Cambodian forces and AOT personnel after the ceasefire took effect. He called on the AOT to make use of modern technology to determine which side violated the ceasefire and crossed the border. The situation occurred in O’Smach commune, Oddar Meanchey province, and was reportedly observed firsthand by ASEAN observers on the ground.
