**Job Announcement: Property Services Director (Property Agency**) **(Budget Open to discuss)** **About the Role** We are seeking an ambitious and deal-driven **Property Services Director** to lead and grow our Property Agency and Advisory business in Phnom Penh. **Key Responsibilities** · **Agency Leadership & Revenue Growth:** Lead the property agency department to achieve revenue targets through commercial leasing, investment sales, and sole-agency advisory mandates. · **Client Relationship & Pitching:** Secure and manage high-level relationships with real estate developers, institutional investors, asset managers, and corporate tenants. · **Service Line Expansion:** Oversee and cross-sell complementary real estate agency services, including property valuation, market research, tenant representation, and advisory contracts. · **Deal Structuring & Transaction Oversight:** Guide the agency team through high-stakes lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and disposal strategies. · **Team Leadership & Strategy:** Mentor, train sales agents, and consultants, embedding international agency standards into everyday deal workflows. **Key Qualifications** · **Experience:** 8+ years in real estate agency, commercial leasing, or property advisory with a proven track record in Southeast Asia (Cambodia market experience preferred). · **Track Record:** Demonstrated success in closing major commercial leasing deals, investment sales, or securing master agency/sole agency developer mandates. · **Industry Network:** Strong, established connections with developers, property owners, corporate occupiers, and local industry stakeholders in Cambodia. · **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing sales, leasing, and advisory teams. · **Languages:** Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Khmer or Mandarin is a strong advantage. **Working Condition** ·  **Location:** Norodom Boulevard, Phnom Penh, Cambodia ·  **Working Hours:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekends Off) ·  **Industry:** Property Agency / Real Estate Services   📩 **How to apply:** Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and Cover Letter to: 📧 **Email:** [email protected] 📞 **Telegram / Phone:** 015719188 Check more job: t.me/jobcareerbyPakrinha99 #job #realestate #director [Telegram] | ការងារយើង​ (Ours Job) | This purpose of this Channel is to sharing Job vacancies to Cambodia People.
