Rainbow Coffee现招聘市场经理一名，工作地点位于金边雷西郊区，工作时间为周一至周六，每日上午8时至下午5时，月薪范围为700至1500美元。
岗位职责包括：负责客户增长，制定吸引新客、提升到店流量及复购率的计划，并针对客流情况进行分析与优化；负责品牌定位，维护高端品牌形象，策划促销活动并开发品牌故事与独特卖点。考核指标涵盖每日客流量、社交媒体增长与互动率、营销活动投资回报率、客户复购率及品牌形象一致性。

2- Brand Positioning
- Maintain premium brand image (not look cheap)
- Plan promotions that protect price perception
- Develop shop story and unique selling point (USP)

- Bachelor degree in Marketing Field or relate field
