柬俄举行第三次政治磋商 承诺深化双边友好关系

នៅថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ **ឯកឧត្តម មាស គឹមហេង** រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ នៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និង**ឯកឧត្តម Andrey Rudenko** អនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស នៃសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី បានធ្វើជាសហប្រធានដឹកនាំកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់នយោបាយទ្វេភាគីលើកទី៣ រវាងក្រសួងការបរទេសទាំងពីរ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ ក្នុងឱកាសកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ **ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ មាស គឹមហេង** បានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងទ្វេភាគី និងចំណងមិត្តភាពដ៏យូរអង្វែងជាមួយសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី ឈរលើស្មារតីគោរពគ្នា និងយោគយល់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក​។ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានសម្ដែងការពេញចិត្តចំពោះសកម្មភាពរួមគ្នាដ៏មានអត្ថន័យ ដែលបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរខួបលើកទី៧០ នៃការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី។ សហប្រធានទាំងពីរក៏បានពិភាក្សាអំពីការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើផ្នែកនយោបាយនិងការទូត ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការវិនិយោគ ការពារជាតិ និងសន្តិសុខ ក៏ដូចជាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដែលមានសក្តានុពល រួមមាន អប់រំ កសិកម្ម បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល និងទេសចរណ៍ ជាដើម។ បន្ទាប់ពីកិច្ចប្រជុំខាងលើ **ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ មាស គឹមហេង** ក៏បានរៀបចំអាហារថ្ងៃត្រង់ជាកិត្តិយសជូន **ឯកឧត្តម Andrey Rudenko** អនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស នៃសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី និងគណៈប្រតិភូ ផងដែរ។ On 24 August 2026, **His Excellency MEAS Kim Heng**, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and **His Excellency Andrey Rudenko**, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, co-chaired the 3rd Round of the Bilateral Political Consultations between the two Foreign Ministries in Phnom Penh. During the meeting, **His Excellency Secretary of State MEAS Kim Heng** reaffirmed Cambodia’s determination to further strengthen its bilateral relations and longstanding bonds of friendship with the Russian Federation, which are rooted in mutual respect​ and understanding. Both sides also noted with satisfaction the meaningful joint activities organized throughout the year to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Cambodia and the Russian Federation. The two Co-Chairs discussed ways to deepen political and diplomatic cooperation, trade and investment, defence and security, as well as potential areas of cooperation in education, agriculture, digital technology, tourism, among others. At the end of the meeting, **His Excellency Secretary of State MEAS Kim Heng** also hosted a luncheon in honor of **His Excellency Andrey Rudenko**, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the visiting delegation.
