On the morning of Friday, April 10, 2026, Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR) prepared a Blessing Ceremony on the occasion of the upcoming Khmer New Year, The Year of the Horse at building A of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, under the high presidency of **H.E. Bou Tharin**, Director General of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Director general and officials of the ACAR.
