岗位薪资结构为底薪加佣金，根据职级设定如下：
Tier 3 营收专家：底薪2000美元加200美元津贴，享3%佣金，要求具备欧美市场销售业绩证明。
Tier 2 成交专员：底薪1500美元加200美元津贴，享4%佣金，要求具备独立成交能力及5天销售周期掌控力。
Tier 1 战略主管：底薪1000美元加200美元津贴，享2%佣金，要求具备独立订单处理能力及团队管理经验。
白纸人才：底薪1000美元加200美元津贴，享2%佣金。
岗位要求：
1. 具备至少6个月欧美市场销售经验。
2. 能够适应全职工作节奏。
