岗位职责包括负责保险理赔的评估与文件处理，开展调查及欺诈检测工作，确保理赔流程符合保险运营规范及相关政策要求。同时，需参与系统测试（UAT）并熟练使用Excel软件，处理各类理赔相关事务。
应聘者需具备保险理赔相关工作经验，涵盖寿险、团体险、意外险或健康险领域。要求熟悉保险运营流程及政策知识，掌握监管与合规要求，具备较强的沟通能力与问题解决能力。
工作时间为周一至周五，每天8:00至17:00。薪资待遇面议。
