招聘门店经理，工作地点位于金边永盛路、271路及吴哥金边街。薪资范围为500-700美元，工作时间为周一至周六，实行双班制，具体时段为上午7:00至下午5:00或中午12:00至晚上9:00。
岗位职责包括负责门店日常运营，执行开店与闭店流程；培训并监督员工工作；维护门店清洁、整理及陈列标准；监控库存水平并协调补货；推广产品、营销活动及季节性优惠；处理客户咨询、投诉及退货事宜；确保产品展示符合品牌规范且安全。
应聘要求具备商业管理、零售管理或相关专业的学士学位；拥有3-5年零售行业经验，其中需包含1-2年管理岗位经验。具备母婴、儿童或生活方式类零售经验者优先。

👉 Position: Outlet Manager (Store Manager)
- Location: Veng Sreng Street, 271 Street, Angkor Phnom Penh Street.
- Working Schedule: Monday to Satruday
- Have Two Shift: 7:00am-5;00pm, 12:00pm-9:00pm.
- Salary Range: 500$-700$
✨Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train, and supervise store staff
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standard
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Promote products, campaigns, and seasonal offers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Ensure product displays are attractive, safe, and aligned with brand guidelines
✨Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in baby, kids, or lifestyle retail is a plus
