TSG制衣厂现正招聘QA经理，工作地点位于金边宗周。
岗位职责：
负责领导及管理QA/QC团队，确保产品质量符合客户要求；制定并执行质量控制流程与标准；监控生产过程并进行巡检，确保合规；分析质量问题并推动持续改进；负责与生产、IE、技术等部门进行跨部门协调。
任职要求：
具备至少3年制衣厂QA/QC管理经验；熟悉制衣质量标准及检验程序；具备国际品牌及客户质量标准工作经验；具备良好的沟通能力与团队管理能力；英语流利，懂中文者优先。

-Strong knowledge of garment quality standards and inspection procedures.
-Experience working with international brands and customer quality standards.
-Strong communication and team management skills.
-English is required; Chinese is an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
