ZINUS柬埔寨公司现急招HR薪资专员一名，工作地点位于干拉省干丹斯登县Krang Sbov村的ISI Park 2工业园。
岗位职责要求应聘者具备本科及以上学历，专业背景需为人力资源、工商管理或相关领域。申请人须拥有至少3年薪资核算及HR运营工作经验，且具备制造业或相关行业从业背景。在技能方面，要求熟练掌握薪资核算系统及Microsoft Excel软件，熟悉柬埔寨劳动法，并具备薪酬结构设计能力。此外，应聘者需英语流利，具备良好的沟通与人际交往能力，工作细致且注重准确性。
工作时间为周一至周六，每日08:00至17:00。公司将严格按照柬埔寨劳动法规定执行公共假期。薪资待遇采取面议形式。

*Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll and HR operation
- Experience in manufacturing environment or related industries.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledgeable in Labor Law
- Experience in developing compensation structures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English
*Working Day: Mon – Sat
*Working Time: 08:00AM – 05:00PM
*Public Holiday follow Cambodia Labor Law
