农业公司现招聘柬埔寨市场销售主管（Country Sale Lead），工作地点位于金边。该岗位主要负责可持续农业产品及作物保护方案的销售与推广。
岗位职责包括：负责关键客户管理、销售业务拓展及市场开发；深入了解农业产品、服务及市场动态；与跨职能团队协作，同时具备独立开展工作的能力。
任职要求：
1. 拥有商务管理或相关领域的学士学位。
2. 具备关键客户管理、销售或业务拓展经验，有农业领域从业背景者优先。
3. 具备优秀的沟通、谈判及人际关系建立能力。
工作时间为周一至周五，上午8:00至下午5:00。薪资待遇根据个人经验面议。

- Industry: Sustainable agriculture products and crop protection solutions.
- Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
💵 Salary Range: Negotiate based on Experience.
💭 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the agriculture
sector.
• Strong understanding of agricultural products, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
