招聘翻译及团队主管一名，全职工作。底薪为每月1500美元，薪资发放日为每月15日。
团队主管提成根据团队总销售业绩计算：业绩低于10万美元提成比例为2%；10万至15万美元提成比例为3%；超过15万美元提成比例为4%。个人销售提成根据通过官方渠道实际回款金额计算：0至2万美元提成3%；2万至5万美元提成4%；5万至8万美元提成5%；8万至10万美元提成6%；超过10万美元提成7%。
合同期限为1年。若员工未履行满1年合同，需向公司偿还签证及工作许可费用；若履行满1年，公司将全额承担上述费用。
工作时间为周一至周日，具体时段为08:00至17:00及19:00至20:00。每月享有2天假期，固定为每月的第二个周日及第四个周日。

Translator Salary Structure I.
Basic Salary •Translator Salary: 1,500 USD per month Team Supervisor (Translator) Commission System
•The Team Supervisor (Translator)'s commission is calculated based on the total team sales performance. Commission rates: •Below 100,000 USD: 2%
• 100,000 – 150,000 USD: 3%
•Above 150,000 USD: 4%
Monthly Sales Commission System Commission is calculated based on the actual received payment amount through official payment channels: .0-20,000 USD: 3% •20,000 - 50,000 USD: 4% •50,000 – 80,000 USD: 5% -80,000-100,000 USD: 6% .Above 100,000 USD: 7%
Salary Payment and Contract Terms -Salary Payment Date: 15th of each month
•Contract Duration: 1 year Contract Terms: -If the employee does not complete the 1-year contract, they must reimburse the company for visa and work permit expenses (if applicable). -If the employee completes the 1-year contract, the company will fully cover the visa and work permit expenses.
Working Hours Monday to Sunday: •08:00 – 17:00 •19:00 – 20:00 Employees are entitled to 2 days off per month, specifically the second Sunday and fourth Sunday of each month.
