នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកជំទាវ អ៊ាត សោភា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីស្តីទី និងជាប្រធានសមាគមនារីកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីសន្តិភាព និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រចាំក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ (ន.ក.ស.អ)ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ បានអញ្ជើញចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងគោរពជូនពរ សម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ក្នុងឱកាសពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មី ប្រពៃណីជាតិខ្មែរ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ នាពេលខាងមុខនេះ នៅគេហដ្ឋានរបស់សម្ដេច។ ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏មហានក្ខត្តឫក្សនេះ លោកជំទាវប្រធាន បានសម្តែងនូវសេចក្តីគោរពដឹងគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅបំផុត ចំពោះគុណូបការៈដ៏ថ្លៃថ្លារបស់ សម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត និងបានបួងសួងដល់គុណបុណ្យព្រះរតនត្រ័យ វត្ថុស័ក្តិសិទ្ធិក្នុងលោក និងទេវតាឆ្នាំថ្មី សូមជួយបីបាច់ថែរក្សា និងប្រសិទ្ធពរជ័យ សិរីសួស្តី ជ័យមង្គល វិបុលសុខ មហាប្រសើរ ជូនចំពោះ សម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត សូមមានសុខភាពល្អបរិបូរណ៍ កម្លាំងមាំមួន បញ្ញាញាណភ្លឺថ្លា និងជន្មាយុយឺនយូរ ដើម្បីបន្តចូលរួមដឹកនាំនាវាកម្ពុជាឆ្ពោះទៅរកភាពរុងរឿងបន្ថែមទៀត៕ On the afternoon of 8 April 2026, Her Excellency EAT Sophea, Acting Minister and President of Cambodian Women for Peac and Development (CWPD) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, together with the Ministry’s leaders, paid a courtesy call and extended New Year wishes to Samdech Kittisangahapundit MEN Sam An, Supreme Advisor to the King, on the occasion of the upcoming Khmer New Year, the Year of Horse, B.E. 2569, at Samdech’s residence. On this auspicious occasion, Her Excellency EAT Sophea expressed deepest gratitude for the noble contributions of Samdech Kittisangahapundit, and offered prayers to the sacred beings and the New Year deity to bless and protect Samdech with prosperity, happiness, success, and enduring well-being, along with sincere wishes for continued good health, strength, wisdom, and longevity in guiding Cambodia toward greater prosperity.
