柬埔寨经济与财政部于2026年8月27日召开跨部门会议，正式推动电子政务系统整合工作。此次会议由经济与财政部国务秘书兼数字经济与商业委员会秘书长孔玛利主持，商务部、劳工与职业培训部及税务总局代表共同参与。
该政策旨在通过柬埔寨数据交换平台（CamDX），实现上述三个部门间的数据互联互通。系统整合后，企业在办理相关业务时，无需重复提交已在其他部门备案的信息或纸质证明文件。
通过数字化系统，各职能部门将实现数据自动检索与验证。这一举措将大幅简化在柬企业的注册流程及合规手续，减少企业在办理行政事务时重复提供资料的负担，提升政府部门间的政务处理效率。该政策自2026年8月27日起生效。

✨ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ២៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្តីការអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈកម្មាធិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងធុរកិច្ចឌីជីថល (គ.ស.ធ.ឌ.) ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត គង់ ម៉ារី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ, អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃ គ.ស.ធ.ឌ. និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារអន្តរក្រសួងរៀបចំសេវាអេឡិចត្រូនិកសម្រាប់ធុរកិច្ច (ESB) បានដឹកនាំក្រុមការងារជួបប្រជុំជាមួយក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នចំនួន ៣ រួមមាន៖ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (MOC), ក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ (MLVT) និងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានពន្ធដារ (GDT) ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំតំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធ សរុបប្រមាណ ៤០ រូប តាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធវីដេអូពីចម្ងាយ (Zoom)។
👉🏻 កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង ជំរុញការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទិន្នន័យពីក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នទាំង ៣ តាមថ្នាលផ្លាស់ប្តូរទិន្នន័យកម្ពុជា (CamDX) ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយការស្នើសុំព័ត៌មានដដែលៗ និងកាត់បន្ថយការភ្ជាប់ឯកសារពីអ្នកស្នើសុំ ដោយអាចទាញយក និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ពីក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធតាមប្រព័ន្ធឌីជីថលដោយស្វ័យប្រវត្តិតែម្ដង។
✨ Phnom Penh: On the morning of 27 August 2026, at the headquarters of the Secretariat General of the Digital Economy and Business Committee (DEBC), H.E. Dr. Kong Mary, of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Secretary General of DEBC, and Chair of the Inter-Ministerial Working Group on E-Services for Business (ESB), led the working group in a meeting with three ministries and institutions : the Ministry of Commerce (MOC), the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT), and the General Department of Taxation (GDT). The meeting was attended by high-level officials and senior technical representatives ministries and institutions total approximately 40 participants via the Zoom.
👉🏻 The meeting was held with the aim of promoting data exchange among the three ministries and institutions through the Cambodia Data Exchange (CamDX) platform, in order to reduce repeated requests for information and minimize the need for applicants to submit supporting documents by enabling the relevant ministries and institutions to automatically retrieve and verify data through digital systems.
