柬埔寨商务部赴昆明参会 推动澜湄区域经贸合作与投资

(គុនមីង, ចិន)៖ នាថ្ងៃទី១៥-១៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ប៉ែន សុវិជាតិ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មចូលរួមធ្វើបទបង្ហាញក្នុង វេទិកាស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឆ្លងកាត់ព្រំដែនមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង (Mekong-Lancang Cross-Border Economic Cooperation Forum) និងអញ្ជើញធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចនៅ ពិព័រណ៍ពាណិជ្ជកម្មចិន-អាស៊ីខាងត្បូងលើកទី១០ (10th China-South Asia Expo) ដែលរៀបចំឡើងនៅទីក្រុងគុនមីង សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន។ ការចូលរួមក្នុងវេទិកា និងពិព័រណ៍អន្តរជាតិនេះ មានគោលបំណង៖ ១. ជំរុញ និងពង្រីកឱកាសវិនិយោគក្នុងបណ្តាប្រទេសសមាជិកមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង, ២. សម្របសម្រួល និងផ្គូផ្គងធុរកិច្ចរវាងសហគ្រាស និងវិនិយោគិនមកពីសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន បណ្តាប្រទេសអាស៊ាន និងអាស៊ីខាងត្បូង និង ៣. ពង្រឹងកិច្ចសន្ទនាគោលនយោបាយលើការសម្រួលវិនិយោគ ការដឹកជញ្ជូន និងឡូជីស្ទីក ព្រមទាំងការតភ្ជាប់ទីផ្សារក្នុងតំបន់។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានលើកឡើងអំពីសក្តានុពលសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងបរិយាកាសវិនិយោគប្រកបដោយភាពទាក់ទាញរបស់កម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងគោលនយោបាយបើកចំហរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ការវិនិយោគ និងការតភ្ជាប់ខ្សែច្រវាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ជាមួយបណ្តាប្រទេសក្នុងតំបន់។ ការចូលរួមសកម្មរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងវេទិកានេះ បានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្នុងការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចតំបន់ ទាក់ទាញការវិនិយោគ និងបង្កើនឱកាសទីផ្សារសម្រាប់ធុរកិច្ចកម្ពុជា ស្របតាមទិសដៅនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងបរិយាបន្ន៕ --- (Kunming, China): On 15–16 June 2026, His Excellency PENN Sovicheat, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led a delegation from the Ministry of Commerce to participate as a speaker at the Mekong-Lancang Cross-Border Economic Cooperation Forum and visited the 10th China-South Asia Expo, held in Kunming, People’s Republic of China. The forum and expo served as important platforms to: 1. Promote and expand investment opportunities among Mekong-Lancang countries; 2. Facilitate business matching and partnership development between enterprises and investors from China, ASEAN Member States, and South Asian countries; and 3. Strengthen policy dialogue on investment facilitation, transport and logistics connectivity, and regional market integration. During the forum, His Excellency Secretary of State highlighted Cambodia’s economic potential, competitive investment environment, and strategic advantages as an emerging trade and investment destination. He also underscored the Royal Government of Cambodia’s open and business-friendly policies aimed at promoting trade, attracting foreign direct investment (FDI), and enhancing regional and global supply chain connectivity. Cambodia’s active participation in this high-level forum reflects the Ministry of Commerce’s continued commitment to deepening regional economic cooperation, attracting quality investment, and expanding market access opportunities for Cambodian enterprises.
