菲籍员员工薪水制度 Salary system for Filipino employees. *月薪:$1,000 美元 (Monthly Salary: $1,000 USD) *全勤:$200 美元 (Perfect Attendance Bonus: $200 USD) * 奖金提成:一线3%/二线5%/三线4% (Bonus commission: 3%/5%/4%) *周休一日 One day off per week 招聘条件: 年龄(Age): 23 至 35 岁之间 Age range: 23 to 35 years old 学历(Education): 需具备大学学士学位或以上学历 Bachelor’s degree or higher required 英文能力(English Proficiency): 英文测验成绩须达 85 分以上 Minimum English proficiency score: 85 or above 语言条件(Language Requirement): 须具备流利的美式英语(American English),且无明显口音 Must speak fluent American English with a neutral or native-like accent 以下为所有员工皆可领取奖金 (All employees can receive the following bonuses) *入职满2个月后表现优良,薪水每月加$100美元,最高加到$500美元。 如工作表现不佳,上班态度消极,违反公司制度,顶撞上级,则公司保有权力扣除加薪 (If performance is excellent after two months of employment, the salary will increase by $100 per month, up to a maximum of $500.
