岗位职责包括：负责财务预算编制、财务规划及成本优化，通过识别效率提升点实现成本节约；管理应收应付账款、薪资发放及账目核对，确保财务记录准确并随时满足审计要求；负责与外部审计师、税务顾问、监管机构及银行等利益相关方沟通协调；确保公司财务运作符合柬埔寨税务总局（GDT）法规，负责月度及年度税务申报及相关监管报告。
应聘要求：需具备房地产、物业开发、物业管理或投资行业的首席财务官或高级财务管理经验；精通会计与财务管理，具备维护准确账目的专业能力；深入掌握柬埔寨税务法规及合规要求，具备处理税务申报的实操经验。

*Requirements
- Proven CFO or Senior Finance Leadership experience within real estate, property development, property management, investment, or related industries.
- Strong accounting and financial management expertise, with the ability to maintain accurate books, oversee AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and ensure audit-ready financial records.
- Deep knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations and GDT compliance, including preparation of monthly and annual tax filings and regulatory reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization, with a track record of identifying efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Experience managing audits and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, regulators, banks.
