Requirements :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, IT, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in business intelligence, sales analytics, CRM analytics, or a similar role;
• Experience in consumer goods or retail/wholesales fashion.
• Proficient at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
• Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation is a plus.
• Strong analysis in quantitative reasoning, hypothesis testing, and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of sales cycles, channel dynamics, pricing, and consumer behavior.
• Proactive, collaborative, detail oriented, and able to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
