外籍模特投诉公司拖欠工资 涉事企业已从马来西亚迁往老挝

我是一名来自菲律宾的女性模特。我在此投诉一家公司拖欠工资并存在误导性雇佣行为。该公司曾邀请我到马来西亚工作。 该公司邀请我从柬埔寨前往马来西亚工作。我于2月15日抵达马来西亚，当时被告知我的工资将在抵达后立即开始发放。 然而，抵达马来西亚后，我被告知公司尚未正式办公，我需要入住公司安排的酒店。我在酒店住了相当长一段时间，等待公司开始运营。 之后，我被告知无论公司是否开始运营，我的工资都将从3月1日正式开始发放。尽管公司做出了这样的承诺，但直到3月10日才开始运营。 我一直为该公司工作到4月18日。我约定的月薪为5500比索。在抵达马来西亚之前，我收到了1000比索的预付款，4月19日又收到了500比索。除此之外，我没有收到任何工资。 不久之后，该公司停止了在马来西亚的运营。自那时起，我多次要求支付拖欠的工资，但我的信息和请求大多被置之不理。我失去了生活来源，也失去了我应得的薪水。 在此期间，我的祖母去世了，我不得不返回菲律宾。与此同时，我得知该公司正在将运营迁往老挝。尽管我多次尝试友好协商解决此事，但我至今仍未收到拖欠的工资。 我恳请对此事进行调查，并责令该公司支付所有拖欠的工资。 I am a female model from the Philippines. I am submitting this complaint regarding unpaid wages and misleading employment practices by a company that recruited me to work in Malaysia. The company invited me from Cambodia to Malaysia for employment. I arrived in Malaysia on **15 February** after being informed that my salary would start immediately upon my arrival. However, after reaching Malaysia, I was told that the company had not yet opened its office and that I would need to stay in a hotel arranged by the company. I remained in the hotel for a considerable period while waiting for operations to begin. Later, I was informed that regardless of whether the office was operational, my salary would officially start from **1 March**. Despite this assurance, the company did not begin operations until **10 March**. I continued working with the company until **18 April**. My agreed monthly salary was **5,500**. Before arriving in Malaysia, I received an advance payment of **1,000**, and on **19 April** I received an additional **500**. Apart from these amounts, I have not received my salary. Shortly afterward, the company ceased its operations in Malaysia. Since then, I have repeatedly requested payment of my outstanding wages, but my messages and requests have largely been ignored. I was left without support and without the salary that I had earned. During this period, my grandmother passed away, and I had to return to the Philippines. Meanwhile, I learned that the company was relocating its operations to Laos. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter amicably, I have still not received my unpaid salary.
