**ISC-2 pushes parliamentary diplomacy as mechanism for peace, international rule of law**
The attendees of the Second Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2) have committed to strengthening parliamentary diplomacy as an instrument for confidence-building, conflict prevention, dialogue and reconciliation, while reaffirming respect for international law and the peaceful settlement of disputes.
