នៅរសៀល ថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកជំទាវ ផែន សាវនី អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានទទួលជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយក្រុមនិស្សិតកម្ពុជាចំនួន១៨រូប ដែលទទួលបានអាហារូបករណ៍របស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋឆែក និងត្រៀមចេញទៅបន្តការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បណ្ឌិត និងអនុបណ្ឌិត នៅតាមបណ្តាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យនានាក្នុងប្រទេសឆែក លើមុខជំនាញនានាដូចជា កសិកម្ម វិស្វកម្ម សេដ្ឋកិច្ច គោលនយោបាយសាធារណៈ។ល។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានផ្តល់ជូននូវអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំដល់និស្សិតទាំងអស់ឱ្យខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងសិក្សារៀនសូត្រក្រេបជញ្ជក់ចំណេះដឹងថ្មីៗនិងល្អៗ ដើម្បីវិលត្រលប់មកជួយកសាង និងអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសជាតិវិញបន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា។ លោកជំទាវបានលើកទឹកចិត្ដដល់និស្សិតគ្រប់រូបឱ្យចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការលើកតម្កើងកិត្តិយសជាតិ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយវប្បធម៌ជាតិកម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ពិភពលោក ក៏ដូចជាពង្រឹងចំណងមិត្តភាពជាប្រពៃណី រវាងកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋឆែកផងដែរ តាមរយៈការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងប្រជាជន និងប្រជាជនឱ្យកាន់តែជិតស្និទ្ធ។ ជាងនេះទៅទៀត លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានចែករំលែកព័ត៌មានមួយចំនួនអំពីសាធារណរដ្ឋឆែកជូនដល់ក្រុមនិស្សិត និងបានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ល្អប្រសើររវាងកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋឆែក រយៈពេល៧ទស្សវត្សរ៍កន្លងមក។ ជាទីបញ្ចប់ លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជូនពរក្រុមនិស្សិតទាំងអស់ធ្វើដំណើរទៅកាន់សាធារណរដ្ឋឆែកប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព និងទទួលបានជោគជ័យក្នុងការសិក្សា។ On 12 August 2026, Her Excellency PHEN Savny, Undersecretary of State and High Representative of His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from 18 Cambodian students who are set to pursue master’s and doctoral degrees at various universities in the Czech Republic. The students will undertake their studies in a range of fields, including agriculture, engineering, economics, public policy, etc. During the meeting, the Undersecretary of State encouraged the students to remain diligent in their studies to acquire the knowledge, skills, and expertise necessary to contribute to Cambodia’s national development upon completing their studies. She also urged them to uphold Cambodia’s image and prestige, promote Cambodian culture to the world, and contribute to strengthening the long-standing bonds of friendship between Cambodia and the Czech Republic, particularly through enhanced people-to-people connections. In addition, Her Excellency the Under Secretary of State provided the students with an overview of the Czech Republic and highlighted the excellent relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, which have developed steadily over the past seven decades. Her Excellency the Undersecretary of State concluded the meeting by wishing all students a safe journey to the Czech Republic and success in their academic pursuits.
