柬埔寨德崇初创中心（CADT）近日宣布，与法国格勒诺布尔-阿尔卑斯大学（UGA）签署战略合作协议。该项目在柬埔寨邮电部（MPTC）与法国开发署（AFD）的支持下开展，旨在共同建立国家人工智能（AI）与数据科学研究中心。
此次合作标志着双方长达十年的学术伙伴关系进一步深化。在过去十年中，已有超过20名CADT学者通过该合作项目在格勒诺布尔-阿尔卑斯大学获得硕士及博士学位。同时，该校教授定期以客座讲师身份参与CADT的学位课程教学，并共同开展科学研究项目。

CADT proudly announces an agreement with UGA in the framework of the National AI and Data Science Research Center establishment project backed by MPTC and AFD.
This strategic milestone elevates a highly impactful, decade-long collaboration between our institutions. Over the past 10 years, more than 20 CADT scholars have successfully earned their Master’s and PhD degrees from UGA. Concurrently, esteemed UGA professors have regularly joined CADT as visiting faculty to teach in our degree programs and lead joint scientific research initiatives.
