2026年10月9日下午，柬埔寨首相洪玛奈与越南总理黎明兴在金边共同见证了双方签署6项合作文件。
此次签署的合作内容涵盖禁毒、教育、安全及贸易等多个领域，具体包括：
一、柬埔寨国家禁毒局与越南公安部签署关于在柴桢省建设国家禁毒治疗与康复中心的合作备忘录。
二、柬埔寨政府与越南政府签署2026年至2030年教育领域合作协议。
三、柬埔寨政府与越南政府签署关于柬越友谊纪念碑保护与宣传的合作备忘录。
四、柬埔寨国家信息技术中心与越南公安部签署安全合作备忘录。
五、柬埔寨政府与越南政府签署关于成立联合贸易委员会的合作备忘录。
六、柬埔寨政府与越南政府签署关于促进双边贸易的安排协议。

សម្ដេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា ចូលរួមជាអធិបតីជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម ឡេ មិញហ៊ឹង (Le Minh Hung) នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម ក្នុងពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ចំនួន៦ ឯកសារ ៖
១-អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នារវាងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងគ្រឿងញៀននៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងសន្តិសុខសាធារណៈនៃ សាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសាងសង់ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិព្យាបាល និងស្តារនីតិសម្បទាអ្នកញៀនគ្រឿងញៀន ស្វាយរៀង។
២-កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាល នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាមស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើ វិស័យអប់រំសម្រាប់រយៈពេល ២០២៦-២០៣០។
៣-អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីពីការអភិរក្ស និងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយស្តូប មិត្តភាពកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម នៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជារវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម។

៦-កិច្ចសម្របសម្រួលជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្មទ្វេភាគីរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម។

Memorandum of Understanding between the National Authority for Combating Drugs of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam for Cooperation on the Construction of the National Center for Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation in Svay Rieng.
Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam on Education Cooperation for 2026-2030.
Memorandum of Understanding on the Preservation and Promotion of the Cambodia-Viet Nam Friendship Monument in Cambodia between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
Memorandum of Understanding on Security Cooperation between the National Information Technology Center of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
