中柬女性创业研讨会在暹粒举办 聚焦中小企业数字化转型

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ **ឯកឧត្តម យៀប សំណាង **អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុង**ពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់តំបន់ស្តីពីការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរទស្សនកិច្ចសហគ្រិនស្រ្តីអាស៊ាន-ចិន** ក្រោមមូលបទ “**ការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងជំរុញភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យម”** នៅខេត្តសៀមរាប ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ពិធីបើកកម្មវិធីខាងលើក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី **ឯកឧត្តម ហ៊ត ផេង** អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្រ្ត បច្ចេកវិទ្យា​ និងនវានុវត្តន៍ **លោក លូ ឈីជឺ **ប្រធានការិយាល័យកុងស៊ុលប្រចាំខេត្តសៀមរាប នៃស្ថានឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និង **ឯកឧត្តម ឌី រ៉ាដូ** អភិបាលរងខេត្តសៀមរាប។ ឯកឧត្តមអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីភាពរឹងមាំ និងការរីកចម្រើនជាបន្តបន្ទាប់នៃភាពជាដៃគូអាស៊ាន-ចិន ដោយទំហំពាណិជ្ជកម្មទ្វេភាគីបានកើនដល់ប្រមាណ **១,៣ ទ្រីលានដុល្លារអាម៉រិក** នៅឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ និងទំហំវិនិយោគរបស់ចិននៅអាស៊ានមានចំនួន **២០ប៊ីលានដុល្លារអាម៉េរិក**។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីតួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់របស់សហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យមដែលដឹកនាំដោយស្ត្រី ដែលជាកត្តាជំរុញដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់កំណើនប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន នវានុវត្តន៍ និងភាពធន់សេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ឯកឧត្តមអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការបានកត់សម្គាល់ថា សិក្ខាសាលានេះគឺជាវេទិកាដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់សហគ្រិនស្ត្រី និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធពីវិស័យសាធារណៈ និងឯកជន ដើម្បីភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនង ផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ និងប្រែក្លាយគំនិតទៅជាកាលានុវត្តភាព។ ឯកឧត្តមអនុដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានលើកទឹកចិត្តសិក្ខាកាមឱ្យចូលរួមចែករំលែកឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍ ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមរួម និងកសាងភាពជាដៃគូប្រកបដោយអត្ថន័យ ដែលអាចពង្រីកឱកាសសម្រាប់សហគ្រិនស្ត្រី និងរួមចំណែកដល់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចតំបន់ប្រកបដោយភាពធន់ និងបរិយាប័ន្ន។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន តាមរយៈមូលនិធិសហប្រតិបត្តិការអាស៊ាន-ចិន។   On the morning of 18 August 2026, **His Excellency YEAP Samnang**, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over the **Opening Ceremony of the ASEAN-China Women Entrepreneur Exchange**, held under the theme** “Addressing Challenges and Advancing Leadership in MSME Development”** in Siem Reap, Cambodia. This Ceremony was also attended by **His Excellency HORT Pheng**, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation of Cambodia, **H.E. DY Rado**, Deputy Governor of Siem Reap Province, and **Mr. Lu Qizhi**, Director of the Consular Office in Siem Reap from the Embassy of the People's Republic of China to Cambodia. His Excellency the Under-Secretary of State highlighted the strong and growing ASEAN–China partnership, with two-way trade reaching **USD 1.3 trillion in 2025** and Chinese investment in ASEAN amounting to **USD 20 billion**. Against this backdrop, he underscored the vital role of women-led MSMEs as key drivers of inclusive growth, innovation, and economic resilience. He noted that the Exchange offers a valuable platform for women entrepreneurs and relevant stakeholders from the public and private sectors to connect, exchange experiences, and turn ideas into opportunities. He also encouraged participants to share best practices, address common challenges, and build meaningful cross-border partnerships that can expand opportunities for women entrepreneurs and contribute to a more resilient and inclusive regional economy. The Exchange was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia with the support of the Government of the People’s Republic of China through the ASEAN-China Cooperation Fund.
