岗位职责与要求：
1. 学历要求：法律、管理、英语或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 经验要求：具备至少7年CSR或合规工作经验，有制造业背景者优先。
3. 专业技能：熟悉ILO（国际劳工组织）标准、Higg FEM及C-TPAT认证体系。
4. 语言能力：具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
5. 综合素质：具备较强的领导力、沟通能力及问题解决能力。性别不限。

📢 COMPLIANCE MANAGER (CSR MANAGER)
💰 Salary: Negotiable
- Gender: Male or Female
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, English, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in CSR or compliance, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong practical knowledge of ILO, Higg FEM, and C-TPAT.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
