The award recognizes Navi, ABA’s AI-powered virtual banking assistant, embedded across the Bank’s digital ecosystem to make banking assistance more accessible and convenient.
Going beyond traditional chatbots, Navi helps customers find information, get answers to banking questions, and navigate digital services through a multilingual, multi-channel platform, reducing the need to contact customer service directly.
Customers can access Navi through ABA Mobile by opening the app and tapping the Navi button. Navi is also available on the Bank’s website at www.ababank.com. Clients can ask questions in various languages to get assistance with banking-related inquiries.
