第二届湄公澜沧和平之船项目在金边正式启动

នៅថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ **ឯកឧត្តម កាន់ ផារិទ្ធ **រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងជាប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋានជាតិកម្ពុជាសម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាងបានអញ្ជើញចូលរួម និងថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាអបអរសាទរ ក្នុងពិធីដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការជាផ្លូវការនូវគម្រោង “នាវាសន្តិភាពមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង” លើកទី២។ ពិធីនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានចក្ខុវិស័យអាស៊ី និង ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព **ឯកឧត្តម សួស យ៉ារ៉ា** ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការកិច្ចការបរទេស សហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងព័ត៌មាន និងជាប្រធានក្រុមរដ្ឋសភាកម្ពុជានៃសភាវ័យក្មេង នៃរដ្ឋសភាកម្ពុជា និង **ឯកឧត្តម វ៉ាង វិនពីន** ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះក៏មានវត្តមានចូលរួមពីឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត តំណាងមកពីបណ្តាប្រទេសមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង ព្រមទាំងអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបប្រមាណ ៧០នាក់។ គំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនាវាសន្តិភាពមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាងលើកទី២នេះ ក្រោមមូលបទ “មេគង្គដើម្បីប្រជាជន សន្តិភាព និងវិបុលភាព” និងគាំទ្រដោយមូលនិធិពិសេសកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឈរជាសក្ខីភាពដ៏មានអត្ថន័យមួយ ដែលបង្ហាញពីបំណងប្រាថ្នារួមរបស់ប្រជាជនក្នុងអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង ដែលយល់ច្បាស់ពីតម្លៃពិតនៃសន្តិភាព ព្រមទាំងថែរក្សាគុណតម្លៃនេះយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ និងប្តេជ្ញារស់នៅជាមួយគ្នាប្រកបដោយសុខដុមរមនា។ កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាដែលមានរយៈពេល ៧ថ្ងៃនៅតាមដងទន្លេមេគង្គដ៏ធំធេងនេះ នឹងផ្តល់នូវវេទិកាដ៏ពិសេសមួយសម្រាប់បញ្ញាវន្ត និងយុវជនវ័យក្មេងពីបណ្តាប្រទេសមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាងដើម្បីធ្វើទំនាក់ទំនង ផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈ និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ដោយឈរលើស្មារតីយោគយល់ និងការគោរពគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។ ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរដ៏មានអត្ថន័យនេះ នឹងចូលរួមចំណែកដល់ការពង្រឹងចំណងមិត្តភាពក្នុងចំណោមយុវជនជំនាន់ក្រោយ និងជំរុញចក្ខុវិស័យរួមនៃសហគមន៍អនាគតរួមគ្នាប្រកបដោយសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព ការតភ្ជាប់ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនៅក្នុងអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង។ On 5 August 2026, **H.E. Mr. KAN Pharidh**, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Chair of the National Secretariat of Cambodia for Mekong-Lancang Cooperation, attended and delivered congratulatory remarks at an official launch of the second edition of the“Mekong-Lancang Peace Boat”. The ceremony was organized by the Asian Vision Institute and presided over by **H.E. Mr. SUOS Yara,** Chairman of the Commission on Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Information and Chairman of the Young Parliamentarians of the National Assembly, and **H.E. Mr. WANG Wenbin**, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Cambodia. The event was attended by Ambassador, representatives from Mekong-Lancang countries, together with approximately 70participants. Held under the theme “Mekong for People, Peace, and Prosperity,” and supported by the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund 2025, the second edition of the Mekong-Lancang Peace Boat initiative serves as a meaningful testament to the shared aspirations of the people of the Mekong-Lancang sub-region, who recognize the true value of peace, cherish it deeply, and are committed to living together in harmony. The seven-day training programme and study visit along the mighty Mekong River will provide a unique platform for scholars and young people from the Mekong-Lancang countries to interact, exchange ideas, and foster collaboration in a spirit of mutual understanding and respect. Such meaningful exchanges will help contribute to strengthening friendship among the younger generation and advancing the shared vision of a community with a shared future of peace, stability, connectivity, and sustainable development in the Mekong-Lancang sub-region.
