Job Responsivities
1. Daily Operation
• Open and close the shop on time
• Ensure drink quality is consistent
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
• Manage stock (bean, Milk, cups, etc.).
2. Sales and Marketing
• Drive daily sales target
• Suggest promotion or happy hour ideas
• Monitor competitor
• Improve customer traffic (not make brand look cheap).
3. Staff Management
• Supervise baristas
• Create staff schedule
• Train staff on service & coffee standard
• Solve staff problem quickly.
