CBVS公司现正急招资深内容创作者，工作地点位于金边隆边区万良分区（#105EC, Street 200, Village 7, Sangkat Boeung Raing）。该岗位薪资为400美元起，具体薪资可面议。
岗位职责与要求：
应聘者需具备本科及以上学历，专业背景涵盖市场营销、工商管理或相关领域。要求拥有至少3年内容创作相关工作经验，并能证明具备管理内容创作角色的能力。
技能要求方面，需精通社交媒体营销、广告投放及Canva等营销工具。具备出色的英语写作与叙事能力，若掌握高棉语者优先。同时，应聘者需具备强领导力、项目管理能力、沟通技巧及主动倾听能力。工作要求具备创造力、注重细节、组织能力强，并能提出创新的营销思路，同时需严格遵守机构保密规定。在职期间需保持责任感、纪律性与团队协作精神。
工作时间为周一至周六，每日上午8:00至下午5:00。

*Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Content Creator
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Social media, Ads, Canva, etc.)
- Proven experience successfully managing Content Creator roles.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Accountability, discipline, competence, and teamwork
- Creative new ideas related to marketing, institutional confidentiality
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English (Khmer is a plus)
*Working Hours:
- Monday – Saturday
- 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
