Optimal P现正招聘IT应用支持人员，工作地点位于金边，岗位性质为全职。
岗位职责包括：负责DMS系统及相关应用的日常维护与支持；处理用户在登录、权限及访问方面的故障；协助系统升级、补丁安装及新功能部署；开展用户培训并编写操作指南；收集用户反馈并提出工作流程优化建议；根据项目需求前往柬埔寨各省进行现场技术支持。
薪资待遇为每月500至700美元。公司提供项目完成奖金，以及省际出差期间的差旅补贴与每日津贴。其他福利待遇均按照柬埔寨劳动法执行。
应聘者需具备良好的故障排查能力，能够协助用户解决技术问题并确保系统运行顺畅。岗位涉及省际现场支持，具体出差频率视项目实际需求而定。

Are you good at solving problems and helping people? Join our team as an IT Application Support! You’ll help roll out IT applications, support users, and make sure everything runs smoothly across the organization.
🔸What You’ll Do:
✨ Support users with the DMS and related applications
