越南胡志明市现招聘外汇销售专员，要求应聘者必须具备外汇行业销售经验，无相关经验者请勿投递。
工作时间为周一至周五，每日9:00至18:00。
薪资结构由底薪与佣金组成，入职起薪为底薪1000美元加7%佣金，且无销售指标要求。公司设有绩效晋升机制：客户存款额达7500美元以上，底薪调至1300美元加8%佣金；存款额达27000美元以上，底薪调至1600美元加9%佣金；存款额达55000美元以上，底薪调至1900美元加10%佣金。此外，存款额达到95000美元及150000美元以上，佣金比例将分别提升至11%及12%。
针对业绩突出的员工，公司提供个性化佣金方案、珠宝等奢侈品礼品、额外绩效奖金及专属奖励。
