现招聘海外市场运营专员，工作地点位于马来西亚，岗位性质为全职。
薪资结构分为三个等级：T1底薪1200美元，T2底薪1500美元，T3底薪1800美元，以上岗位均额外提供200美元全勤奖。提成比例方面，T1为3%至5%，T2为5%至8%，T3为4%至7%。底薪及半数提成于每月10日发放。
岗位职责包括处理电话业务、使用AI视频通话工具及其他合理分配的工作任务。T2及T3级别员工在休息日可能需要进行客户维护。
应聘要求不限国籍与性别，需具备良好的沟通能力及AI工具使用经验。
公司提供每日三餐，并承担签证办理费用及机票费用。合同期限为一年，试用期为两周。每周日为固定休息日。

💼 Positions & Salary
* 🟢 T1: $1,200 basic salary + $200 attendance bonus
* 🔵 T2: $1,500 basic salary + $200 attendance bonus
* 🟣 T3: $1,800 basic salary + $200 attendance bonus
💰 Commission
* 🟢 T1: 3% (up to 5%)
* 🔵 T2: 5% (up to 8%)
* 🟣 T3: 4% (up to 7%)
🎁 Benefits & Schedule
* 🍱 Three meals provided daily
* 🛂 Visa and ✈️ flight ticket provided by the company
* 🗓️ Sunday is the weekly rest day
* 📄 One-year contract
